ALLTHINGS140 Radio — Terms of Use & Community Rules

These Terms of Use apply to ALLTHINGS140 Radio accounts, optional paid membership, and posting or otherwise contributing user-generated content to the ALLTHINGS140 Green Room. The service is intended for users age 18 and over.

Before you can post, the app or website must present these rules and require an affirmative acceptance. The posting flow must not allow the acceptance step to be skipped.

Account and identity rules

When account-based Green Room posting is enabled, posting requires a valid ALLTHINGS140 account/profile. Your account ID is the durable identity used for safety and moderation even if your public username changes.

• Do not impersonate ALLTHINGS140 staff, moderators, another listener, artist, or another person in order to mislead or harm others.
• Do not use alternate or renamed accounts to evade mutes, suspensions, bans, rate limits, or other enforcement.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account, moderation tools, private information, or protected service credentials.

ALLTHINGS140 PLUS membership

ALLTHINGS140 PLUS is an optional subscription that suppresses account-aware alert ads while the membership entitlement remains active. Music and common station programming remain available without PLUS.

The web offer is $5 USD per month. It automatically renews each month until canceled. Before confirming payment, the checkout provider displays the price and billing terms. Web memberships can be managed or canceled through the secure billing portal linked from the signed-in Account view. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues through the already-paid billing period unless the payment provider indicates otherwise.

Purchases made through Google Play are billed and managed by Google Play and are also subject to its purchase terms. Pricing, taxes, currency conversion, refunds, and legally required cancellation rights may vary by location or payment platform. A subscription benefit is attached to the ALLTHINGS140 account used for the verified purchase and must not be transferred or shared by manipulating purchase credentials.

Prohibited content and behavior

• Hate speech, slurs, discriminatory abuse, or harassment.
• Threats, bullying, stalking, targeted intimidation, or encouragement of violence.
• Sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, grooming, or non-consensual sexual content.
• Illegal content or instructions intended to facilitate serious wrongdoing.
• Personal or private information belonging to another person without permission.
• Spam, scams, malicious links, malware, bots, coordinated flooding, or deceptive promotion.
• Impersonation intended to mislead, defraud, intimidate, or harm others.
• Copyright-infringing content or content you do not have the right to share.
• Content whose primary purpose is to target another person for abuse, humiliation, or ridicule.
• Attempts to bypass content filters, rate limits, reporting tools, blocks, or moderator enforcement.
• Repeated disruptive behavior that materially interferes with other listeners' use of Green Room.

Reporting and blocking

Use the in-app or in-site Report control for objectionable messages or users. Reports may include message identifiers, account/sender identifiers, reporter identity, timestamps, reasons, and a copy or snapshot of reported content so it can still be reviewed if the public chat message later expires.

Use Block/Mute when you no longer want to see another listener's content. Report and Block/Mute should remain separate, clearly labeled actions.

Moderation and enforcement

ALLTHINGS140 may remove messages, restrict posting, mute, suspend, or ban accounts or sender identities when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules, protect listeners, respond to reports, prevent abuse, comply with law, or maintain the service.

Reports are not guaranteed to produce a particular enforcement result. Moderation should not be described as “24/7 moderation” unless that staffing level is actually in place.

Public chat may use a short public-history lifetime. A message disappearing from normal listener-facing chat does not prevent ALLTHINGS140 from retaining a separate report/moderation record where reasonably necessary for safety, abuse prevention, legal obligations, or enforcement.

Emergency notice

Do not use Green Room as an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

Privacy

Use of Green Room is also subject to the ALLTHINGS140 Radio Privacy Policy.

Acceptance

The required posting-consent controls are I AGREE — ENTER GREEN ROOM and NOT NOW. Posting must remain disabled until the current Terms version has been explicitly accepted.
